Victoria Mas

Victoria Mas is a Junior Attorney with a background in civil rights litigation and a growing focus on employment law. She earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where she demonstrated strong leadership as President of the Day Student Bar Association and was selected as the Hooding Ceremony Convocation Speaker. During law school, Victoria was also recognized as a Fellow with the Loyola Anti-Racism Center.

Prior to joining the firm, Victoria clerked for the Honorable Judge Roberto Longoria, gaining hands-on experience with litigation and judicial decision-making. She approaches each case with patience, open-mindedness, and a deep commitment to advocating for employees who feel powerless in the workplace. Her practice is guided by core values of respect, accountability, and service, and she is driven by a passion for using the law as a tool to create meaningful change.

As the first in her family to graduate from law school and pass the bar on her first attempt, Victoria brings both personal determination and professional rigor to her work. She is committed to continued growth in her legal career and to remaining actively involved in both the legal and local communities, with the goal of making employee rights more accessible and understood.
